We’re Hiring: Contact Center Specialist | Guadalajara, Mexico
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco – Onsite
Type: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: $19,500 MXN + benefits above the law
Annual performance bonus + relocation support may be available
We’re looking for a Contact Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare consumers, delivering excellent service through inbound and outbound calls.
What you’ll do:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls professionally
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Verify patient and insurance information
- Document interactions in CRM/EHR systems
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with healthcare teams
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy/HIPAA standards
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and service-level goals
What we’re looking for:
- University/college degree required
- Customer service, contact center, healthcare, or patient access experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple computer applications
- Healthcare systems experience, such as Epic , is a plus
