Coordinador de distribución/ Logistica

Confidential Opportunity | Distribution Coordinator

We're looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join a global manufacturing company and lead distribution and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

• Lead daily warehouse and distribution activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate logistics operations with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Quality, Transportation and Customer Service.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, promote a strong safety culture and support team development.
• Monitor transportation performance, inventory flow and shipping accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with trade, customs and distribution processes while meeting customer requirements.

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.

✔ Experience leading warehouse, distribution or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.

✔ Knowledge of transportation, inventory management and import/export processes.

✔ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar).

✔ Advanced English.

✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Location: Northeast Mexico. ( Piedras Negras, Coahuila)
