ERP Sales Account Executive – Packaging & Labels (LATAM)

Mexico / LATAM | Remote with travel

$120K OTE | $60K / $70k base + uncapped commission

ERP | Packaging Manufacturing | Labels | Corrugated | Folding Carton

We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed ERP software business helping packaging manufacturers modernise production, scheduling, inventory, quoting, and operational performance.

This is a genuine “build a territory and make your number” opportunity for a commercially sharp ERP sales professional who understands manufacturing environments and knows how to win complex mid-market deals.

You’ll be selling a highly specialised ERP platform into corrugated, labels, folding carton, and flexible packaging manufacturers across LATAM.

If you understand plant operations, production pain points, margin pressure, scheduling complexity, and how ERP drives operational control, this will feel very familiar.

The Opportunity

You’ll own the full sales cycle across LATAM:

• Winning new manufacturing logos

• Building pipeline through outbound, partnerships, and industry networking

• Running consultative ERP sales processes

• Engaging stakeholders from Plant Managers through to CFO / CEO level

• Delivering tailored ERP demonstrations aligned to production workflows

• Managing strategic, multi-threaded opportunities through to close

• Forecasting accurately and consistently against ARR targets

This is not a transactional software sale. The business wants someone commercially credible who can understand operational manufacturing challenges and position ERP as a genuine business improvement tool.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years ERP software sales experience

• Experience selling into manufacturing environments

• Exposure to packaging, labels, print, converting, corrugated, or adjacent sectors is highly desirable

• Proven track record exceeding quota

• Strong consultative sales capability

• Comfortable managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

• Commercially sharp with strong pipeline generation capability

• Able to travel across LATAM when required
