A world-class manufacturing company is looking for a Materials & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize its end-to-end supply chain operations. This position plays a critical role in overseeing production scheduling, materials management, inventory control, and logistics execution to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor production schedules that effectively balance customer requirements, production capabilities, and resource availability.
  • Direct material planning activities to guarantee uninterrupted supply of raw materials, purchased components, and production-critical items.
  • Establish and maintain effective inventory management strategies to improve accuracy, reduce excess stock, and prevent material shortages.
  • Manage all logistics functions, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient material flow throughout the operation.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive improvements in key areas such as delivery performance, inventory optimization, forecast accuracy, and production schedule attainment.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, process standardization, and service enhancement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing materials and logistics team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements across all supply chain activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in materials management, production planning, inventory control, and logistics within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and developing talent in fast-paced operational settings.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems, including planning, scheduling, and inventory management processes.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a dynamic manufacturing operation.
