Sales Representative – B2B Outbound (On-site)

Alegro Industries — Guadalajara, Jalisco (100% On-site) | Full-time, Permanent

Starting Base Salary: $15,000 MXN / month + Unlimited Commission (paid in USD)

About the Role

Alegro Industries is growing and we need hunters — people who pick up the phone, build their own pipeline, and close deals. This is a high-volume outbound B2B sales role. You will not receive warm leads or a pre-built client list. You will prospect, qualify, and close from scratch. Cold calling is the core of this job, and if you have not done it consistently at volume for at least 3 years, this role is not for you. Experience in the industrial or MRO sector is a strong advantage, but we will consider driven candidates from any B2B sector with a proven outbound track record.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospect, qualify, and close B2B leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from cold call to signed contract.
  • Build a client portfolio through disciplined, structured follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPI targets (activity and revenue).
  • Maintain accurate CRM records after every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in B2B telephone sales with a proven outbound and cold calling track record — no exceptions.
  • Experience in the industrial or MRO sector is a strong plus; other B2B sectors will be considered if cold calling volume is verifiable.
  • C1-level English — used daily with clients and in all written communication.
  • University degree (completed or in progress).
  • Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills. Resilience to rejection is not optional — it is required.
  • Comfortable working in a fully on-site environment with structured daily KPIs.

Compensation Note

The base salary listed is a starting proposal. The final offer is open to negotiation based on:

your interview performance, verified experience, English proficiency level, and overall fit for the role.

Strong candidates will be considered for a higher package.

✔ Minimum 3 years of B2B outbound telesales and cold calling experience (verifiable).

✔ English at C1 level — daily use with clients and in writing is a core requirement.

✔ Comfortable with high-volume daily call targets in a fully on-site, KPI-driven environment.
