We're Hiring | Non-Technical Sales/Upsell Agent III (ISV Marketplace)

Are you experienced in partner operations, SaaS sales support, channel enablement, or marketplace operations? We're looking for a business-focused professional to help accelerate the commercial pipeline of a leading ISV Marketplace.

What you'll do:

• Act as the primary business contact for new vendors during the pre-onboarding process.

• Manage Marketplace Vendor Agreements (MVA) and ensure legal and policy compliance.

• Collaborate with Sales teams to present marketplace value propositions, monetization strategies, and revenue-sharing models.

• Optimize deal desk operations, qualifying private and reseller opportunities to reduce deal drag.

• Utilize tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), gCLM, Orbitera, Vector, and Click to Deploy (C2D).

What we're looking for:

• 6–8 years of experience in partner operations, SaaS sales support, account management, channel enablement, or marketplace operations.

• Strong experience with Salesforce and contract lifecycle management tools (gCLM).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working closely with technical and engineering teams.

• Ability to explain complex business models, contracts, and revenue-sharing structures.
