React Native Lead - Only REACT NATIVE - Remote

We are looking for a React Native Lead.

(We are not looking for React developers with mobile development experience or someone who has worked on React Native for only 1-2 years.)

Must have:

• 4+ years of React Native experience.

• 4+ years of n ative mobile development experience (iOS or Android).

• Experience building pipelines and automating deployment processes.

• Needs to have hands-on experience and should be able to code. (There will be a coding assessment.)

• Must be able to work in the US Mountain Time zone.

• Needs to have good communication skills.

• Ability to lead remote teams across time zones.

• Understanding of state management libraries.

• Must know TypeScript and JavaScript.

• Must know either Swift or Kotlin.

Preferred:

• Experience writing bridge code in Kotlin or Swift if needed.

• Experience publishing NPM libraries.

• Any GitHub or other repositories that we can review.
