User Experience Researcher

Job: UX Researcher

Location: Mexico, Brazil REMOTE

Duration: 12+ Months

Current HVAC manufacturing client is seeking a nearshore based UX researcher with a passion for connecting with users, attention to detail, and expertise in using data to understand customer behavior. Responsible for leading research efforts in collaboration with UX designers and Product Managers with end goal of uncovering actionable insights, creating journey maps, testing concepts with real people, and using analytics to measure the impact of digital experiences.

Requirements:

• minimum 3 yrs experience, 5+ preferred
• help establish a research strategy with defined goals and success metrics
• support the customer discovery process through survey, interviews, and usability testing
• Create comprehensive customer journey maps, user personae and user flows.
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to create the most accurate picture of our customers’ needs.
• Analyze, synthesize, and integrate insights gathered from user research studies to uncover patterns, identify user needs and pain points, then translate them into clear, actionable recommendations that inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
• leverage tools like Figma, Lyssna, Dovetail, or analytics platforms to gather and manage user insights.
• work independently, strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and story telling
• Expertise in both generative (exploratory) and evaluative (usability) research methods.
